what you have been looking for. In this new concept of
using adult learning techniques with a Judaic
curriculum, students have a unique opportunity to engage
with the classic sources of Judaism. Interactive
discussion, combined with a creative and knowledgeable
faculty, provides an optimum environment for learning.
Year One
1. The Rhythms of Jewish Living
introduces students to the ideas, beliefs and practices
that shape a Jewish life.
2. The Purposes of Jewish Living
provides an overview of the theological
foundations of Jewish life and religious practice.
Year Two
1.
The Dramas of Jewish Living
Throughout the Ages is an exploration of specific
dramatic events, experiences and issues from different
periods of Jewish history.
2. The Ethics of Jewish Living
examines Jewish ethical issues, using case studies from
Talmudic, rabbinic and contemporary literature.
Classes meet Wednesday evenings from
6:30-8:45 PM at the
